  • Accountable for the design, construction, and furnishing of all corporate showrooms and residential projects

  • Established 19 showrooms in 10 different cities; floor areas between 3,000 to 24,000 sq foot;

Project values between $100,000 CAD to $2,000,000 CAD

  • Gathered needs from internal and external stakeholders; purpose-built all projects as per specs

  • Using AutoCAD, created project proposals that met the corporate’s and distributors’ budget, aesthetic values, and timeframes

  • Collaborated with up to 5 contractors for each project (contractors dealt with include: woodwork, concrete, heavy construction, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning)

  • Optimized the purchasing of the construction materials through sourcing and negotiating both locally and internationally; managed relationships with up to 36 vendors; ensured a robust supply chain and met purchasing goals

  • Kept records of completed interior design projects which facilitated the marketing and branding initiatives
